CARE Analytics And Advisory Private Ltd. (CAAPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CareEdge, rendering financial and management advisory service, undertaking diligence studies and appraisals of all types of projects and other related research.

Position - Assistant Director

Role & Responsibility:

- Ability to promptly assess sector level changes and trends and understanding of inter-linkages with the macro economy

- Ability to predict sector developments and foresee changes /issues impacting the industry

- Flair to get market intelligence and the skill to deliver business and commercial insights to clients

- Ability to execute and manage assignments across a range of areas including:

- Business strategy and planning

- Transformation of business and processes

- Market assessment and opportunity identification

- Business/geographical expansion

- Commercial due diligence

- Business plan feasibility

- Competition benchmarking

- Enhancement of operating efficiency

- Credit scorecards

- Implementation of strategy

- Connect with market participants, as required, for obtaining critical information

- Author and publish articles to showcase thought-leadership and build franchise for the business and represent the business in external forums

- Deliver presentations to clients and internal committees

- Making exceptional proposals/pitches along with a strong ability to interpret client needs

Skills:

- Experience in managing and executing projects, directly dealing with clients along with relevant experience in team management

- Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas to complex challenges

- Ability to structure and write high-quality reports and make presentations

- Ability to carry out industry as well as customised research projects

- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills

- Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines

Educational Qualification : MBA (Fin.)/CA

- Work experience of at least 7 years or more with exposure to both industry research as well as project appraisal, viability and consulting assignments
