Our client, a global consulting and payments firm is seeking an experienced professional for a Cards Product and Portfolio Head role, focusing on campaign management and portfolio optimization. This 12-month position is based in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the full lifecycle of product launch, including design, market analysis, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy execution.

What we're looking for:

- A seasoned professional with extensive experience in campaign management across acquisition, EMOD, and LCM.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, merchants, and various internal teams like loyalty, corporate communication, marketing, and finance, leveraging analytics for marketing insights based on the end client banks data.

- The role is stationed in Bahrain, presenting a significant opportunity to contribute to the optimization of the end client banks product and service offerings.

Role Description:

- As a Product and Portfolio specialist / head, you will lead initiatives to optimize the bank's campaigns and portfolio performance. Your responsibilities will span from program assessment and planning to the deployment and implementation of initiatives, with a continuous focus on monitoring and analysing progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Drive campaigns throughout their lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment with acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management goals.

Collaboration and Analysis: Work alongside internal and external partners to gather and analyse data, informing strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.

Program Assessment and Planning: Develop a deep understanding of the banks business, identify opportunities and risks, and establish realistic business cases to guide decision-making.

Deployment and Implementation: Lead the implementation of Payment firm products and services, including the setup and certification on the banks new Card Management System.

Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously assess the performance of target portfolios and initiatives, creating dashboards and reports to drive actionable insights.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and analysis.

- Product Design and Partnerships: Demonstrated ability in designing product features, understanding customer segments, and forging strategic partnerships.

- System Configuration and Execution: Proficiency in configuring systems with internal stakeholders and executing effective go-to-market strategies.

- Leadership and Communication: Independent, self-starter with strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Other Important Information:

Term: This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Location: The position is located in Bahrain, requiring the successful candidate to be based in or willing to relocate to the area for the duration of the contract.
