Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development
- Handling sales accounts for brands like Maruti, BMW, Audi, Toyota, Ford, Hyundai etc.
- Generate & exceed assigned revenue targets per month
- Cultivate new large accounts in the region
- Managing lead flow exhaustion in his/her particular region
- Customer management-retention and empanelment
- Mentoring the entire team for better productivity and target achievement
Skills/ Qualification:
- Candidates with Automotive exposure (New Car/Dealer sales) at a managerial level
- Education Qualification: MBA (Tier I/ II B-schools)/(B Tech/ BE preferred)
- Strong planning ability & customer orientation
- Strong relationships with dealer community (principal, GMs etc.) for that particular zone
- Great leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets
- Excellent networker - builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
- Good problem solving abilities, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent with PowerPoint presentations
- Go getter with hands-on sales approach
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
