Zonal Sales Manager
Zonal Sales Manager at CarDekho.com and Gaadi.com are responsible for driving the sales across multiple product lines and drive technology adoption at used car dealerships across multiple geographies and help establish us as a digital partner to the dealer. An ideal ZSM would take ownership of hiring, building and training out great teams to deliver out the targets, drive geography expansion in the region and drive penetration of products in existing cities.
We work to make the used car buying and selling experience delightful and hassle free both for customers and dealers.
Key Roles :
- Create the annual sales action plan for the city working closely with city sales head.
- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive sales across all product solutions
- Develop and maintain the CarDekho / Gaadi partnership network with key stakeholders in the city
- Mentor and groom city / region sales heads
- Take decisions on city level pricing decisions for customized solutions
- Give inputs and design dealer and sales incentive schemes
- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans
- Drive launch of new products within his city
- Drive opening of new cities within a region
Key Requirements :
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Prior experience of managing and leading a team of atleast 10+ people
- People with B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong project management and coordination skills
