Cardekho.com - Sr. City GM - Dealer Sales/Modern Trade (4-8 yrs)
Job Purpose: This position will overlook the sales contribution through the dealer channel in the given geographical area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L for a particular region
- Prospecting, selling & managing business associates in the assigned region
- Mapping opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of products
- Responsible for entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned accounts
- Responsible for managing and tracking targets, client acquisition campaigns and lead generation
- Responsible for service delivery ensuring client and customer retention and reference
Skills/ Qualification:
- Excellent communication skills/should contribute individually along with managing team
- High degree of business development orientation
- Ability to work with targets and execute the plan for the team
- Sales & business development experience
- Good business acumen, conceptual and analytical skills
- Candidates with FMCG, Telecom, Pharma or Automotive exposure at a managerial level
- Education Qualification: MBA (Tier I B-schools/ Engineers preferred)
- 4-8 years of experience. Modern Trade experience will be added advantage.
