CarDekho.com - Senior Manager/Manager - Insurance Sales

Key Roles:

- Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the city working closely with business heads

- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions

- Develop and maintain the CarDekho / Gaadi partnership network with key stakeholders in the city - especially dealer principals and key financial institutions

- Take decisions on city level pricing decisions for customized solutions

- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines

- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans

- Drive launch of new products within his city

Key Requirements:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Prior experience of managing and leading a team

- People with minimum 4 years of B2B Insurance sales experience

- Strong project management and coordination skills
