Sr Business Analyst

- Driving Tech changes through Data driven Business Insights

- Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business questions

- Define business problems, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics

- Analysis/Review of Customer Lead data

- Develop of a deep understanding of internal system databases and systems

- Basic MIS Reporting.

- Client Relationship Management.

- Help Create proposals for Client pitches with data-driven insights

- Provide timely marketing insights to clients

- Manage client requests and relationships.

Key Skills/Abilities (Bullet Points) :

- Good knowledge in SQL

- Excellent MS Excel skills

- Preference to candidates with experience in VBA
