Job Description:
- Work closely with the national operations & product head to manage product delivery and business operations in Hyderabad and Bangalore
- Directly manage business operations teams in respective cities to ensure respective TAT and operating KRAs are met
- Manage relationships with Regional Sales and Credit teams of respective banking partners in each city
- Coordinate with front-end sales team for initial product understanding and develop operating procedures and on-going product/process re-engineering
- Take feedback from sales teams & channel partners to ensure their needs are met through improvements in product, business processes
- Ensure quick resolution to customer or channel partners' queries and problems within mutually agreed upon turnaround time.
- Work on strategies along with national ops, product heads & sales heads to launch new products
- Training and coaching sales Teams & local business operations teams on products
An Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Strong hands-on experience of managing channel operations (knowledge of auto loans or retail consumer loans is a BIG plus)
- Strong product development, structuring & customizing and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness.
