Regional Manager- Service
- Identifying catchment areas in the assigned city & map them with Car Servicing dealerships.
- Drive the Field executive(s) for generating leads for potential Service Stations.
- Conduct meetings with Potential Service stations for sign up & enrollment.
- Maintain & drive relationship with the signed up Service stations.
- Upsell & introduce new products & technology solutions to new & potential partners.
- Ensure & drive the team to coordinate with Service stations for smooth operations of LMS.
- Ensure timely collection of payments & optimize revenue streams from enrolled / New partners.
- Capture market related car dealership data through cold calling, field visits and references.
- Should have through understanding of the concept of Cardekho.com.
- Ensure timely response to queries from partners.
- Achieve Sign up and enrollment targets of service stations in the assigned territory.
- Ensure complete hand holding of service stations to ensure retention targets are met.
KRA's :
- Achieve pre-assigned Business & Revenue Targets in a specified period from a defined territory.
- Ensure metrics for service centers performance in the assigned territory are met.
- Ensure partner Retention level high.
- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting individual & group targets.
- Market intelligence and competition information.

- Capture market related car service multi brand dealership data.
- Excellent networking skills & thorough understanding of local markets
- Sound Understanding of Car Servicing business.
