Responsibilities
- Set up systems and processes for various businesses, and then scale them up while improving the efficiency at different touch points
- Suggest strategies to optimize expansion initiatives
- Monitor existing metrics, analyze data and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement gaps and potential opportunities
- Design and develop scalable and automated reporting solutions to enable CarDekho to manage the business and make effective decisions
- Analyzing process changes to see possible impacts on different metrics
Skills, Abilities, and Competencies
- B.Tech/MBA from Tier/2 institute
- Extensive hands-on experience of 5+ years in operations/Supply chain
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority
- Experience leading a team of people
- An appreciation of data, business and technology and willingness to roll-up your sleeves and tackle each as required.
- Must have very strong analytical mind, problem solving skills and good communications skills
- Passion to learn, improve & adapt
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment
- Ability to drive the work independently and also work effectively in a team environment.
