To lead the development and growth as a Region Manager in the organisation. Drive sales numbers, dealer network growth, operational efficiency & business excellence in close coordination with stakeholders and to formulate, recommend and implement business strategy for the region to ensure holistic growth and development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be Accountable for new acquisitions of Car/Bike OEM Business in the assigned region
- Be Accountable for business from Car/Bike Dealers, Car OEMs
- Drive sales targets while leading regional sales teams
- Monitor unbilled transactions/ account receivables & maintain disciplined financial management
- Build & maintain relationship with external interfaces (Dealer SPOCs, OEM SPOCs etc.)
- Build, Manage, Coach & Retain strong sales teams
- Collaborate with RO teams for servicing RO Accounts
- Check service parameter on regular interval at Dealer to ensure better delivery of services.
- Take regular feedback from dealer & executing improvisation plan for the same
- Escalate issues to approproate level for faster resolution
