CarDekho.com - Operations Head - Used Car

Responsibilities :

- Set up systems and processes for various businesses, and then scale them up while improving the efficiency at different touch points

- Suggest strategies to optimize expansion initiatives

- Monitor existing metrics, analyze data and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement gaps and potential opportunities

- Design and develop scalable and automated reporting solutions to enable CarDekho to manage the business and make effective decisions

- Analysing process changes to see possible impacts on different metrics

Skills, Abilities, and Competencies :

- B.Tech/MBA/Masters/Phd in Statistics/ Econometric/ Mathematics/ Engineering or Operations Research

- Extensive hands-on experience of 3+ years in Supply Chain/Operations analytics

- Must have very strong analytical mind, problem solving skills and good communications skills

- Passion to learn, improve & adapt

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively with teams and stakeholders

- Familiarity with MS Excel/MS Access/SQL/VBA/SAS will be plus

- Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment

- Ability to drive the work independently and also work effectively in a team environment.

- Sound knowledge of: Logistics concepts (sourcing, forecasting, planning & optimization), Average Handle Time (AHT), Turnaround Time (TAT) is required
