Job Purpose: This position will overlook the sales contribution through the dealer channel in the given geographical area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling sales accounts for brands like BMW, Audi, Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, etc.
- Generate & exceed assigned revenue targets per month
- Cultivate new large accounts in the region
- Managing lead flow exhaustion in his/her particular region
- Customer management-retention and empanelment
- Mentoring the entire team for better productivity and target achievement
Skills/ Qualification:
- Candidates with FMCG, Telecom, Pharma & Automotive exposure at a managerial level
- Education Qualification: MBA (Tier I/ II B-schools) (B Tech/ BE preferred)
- Strong planning ability & customer orientation
- Good problem solving abilities, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent with PowerPoint presentations
- Go getter with hands-on sales approach
- 2 -4 years of experience. Modern Trade experience will be added advantage.
