- Conceptualize, Design and Implement end-to-end Sales Training Strategy
- Identify and support strategic projects to support the channel sales strategy
- Lead a team of Training Managers spread across Pan India.
- Manage training MIS, content development & regular management reporting
- Designing training module, concept design, Skill training
Job Requirements :
- Training skills, Interpersonal skills, Planning, Time Management
- Must be driven, self-motivated and hungry to impart knowledge and training people.
- Must be mobile
- Preferably MBA
- At least 8-12 years of experience in Training and Development
- Effective leadership management skill, Aggressive, Smart and Good Communication Skill
- Young dynamic and smart thinking candidate required.
Salary range : 10 - 15 LPA
