Job Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned accounts.
Prospecting, selling & managing business associates in the assigned region.
Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of Products.
Responsible for entire gamut of lead management, sales and Business development for the Region
Responsible for managing and tracking targets
Client Acquisition campaigns and Lead Generation
Responsible for Service Delivery ensuring client and customer retention and reference.
P&L Responsibility for a particular region lies on his shoulder.
Skills/ Qualification:
Excellent Communication Skills/ Should contribute individually along with managing team
High Degree of Business Development Orientation
Ability to work with targets and execute the plan for the team
Sales & Business Development
Business acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills
Candidates with FMCG or Automotive exposure at a managerial level
Education Qualification: MBA (Tier I B-schools/ Engineers preferred)
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in FMCG or Automotive sales. Modern Trade experience will be added advantage.
