City General Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned accounts.
- Prospecting, selling & managing business associates in the assigned region.
- Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of Products.
- Responsible for entire gamut of lead management, sales and Business development for the Region
- Responsible for managing and tracking targets
- Client Acquisition campaigns and Lead Generation
- Responsible for Service Delivery ensuring client and customer retention and reference.
- P&L Responsibility for a particular region lies on his shoulder.
Skills/ Qualification :
- Excellent Communication Skills/ Should contribute individually along with managing team
- High Degree of Business Development Orientation
- Ability to work with targets and execute the plan for the team
- Sales & Business Development
- Business acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills
- Candidates with FMCG or Automotive exposure at a managerial level
Education Qualification : MBA (Tier I B-schools/ Engineers preferred)
Experience : 4-8 years of experience in FMCG or Automotive sales. Modern Trade experience will be added advantage.
