This is an accelerated leadership program where the candidate will get exposure of multiple internet businesses - Ecommerce, B2B SAAS and hyper-local aggregation. You will be directly working with visionary leaders and passionate entrepreneurs - all from IITs / IIMs / ISBs with prior experience at top consulting & internet companies.

We are very particular about the quality of this team because they will drive the next phase of growth at India's leading auto-tech company.

As a Business Manager, you will be expected to:

- Define business problems, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics

- Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business questions

- Groom and manage a team of analysts

- Self starter with independent decision making capability

- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
