CarDekho.com - Business Head - eCommerce

We are looking for highly driven individuals for the role of Business Head to lead B2C E-commerce business.

The individual will build and lead his team (operations, marketing, product and technology). The individual should have strong understanding of e-commerce business, and prior experience in leading a e-commerce business is desirable.

Key responsibilities:

- The individual would be responsible for the entire P&L of the business

- Highly motivated and intellectually capable of developing an inside out understanding of a new industry in a short span

- Capable of developing innovative disruptive business models

- Set out plan for achieving the business goals

- Strong focus on setting up systems and monitoring processes

- Build a high power team and keep them motivated to deliver their best all time

Location will Gurgaon and compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate.
