Associate/ Assistant Manager- Product

Key Roles :

- Generate consumer insight and understanding leveraging analytics, primary interview techniques and secondary research

- Deliver product specs, prioritize features, communicate trade-offs while leading a team of junior product managers

- Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Design, QA, Support teams to deliver and execute on the road map

- Design and run beta / pilot programs with early-stage products and product iteration cycle

- Establish strong product management processes, run daily, weekly reviews

Skills & Expertise :

- Education: CS, Math or EE undergrad background from Tier I Engineering School - IITs, NITs, NSIT, DCE. MBA optional

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Manager

- Experience of developing / launching at least one mobile product

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority

- Strong project management and coordination skills

- Passionate about design and cars

- Hands on experience of coding in HTML, MySQL, and any scripting language like PHP etc. will be a plus.
