Role objective : - To lead and undertake end-to-end accountability of International Org's strategy, including investor relations. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead the central strategy team and support CEO in achieving the strategic organization goals 2. Working with CEO on creating key financial models like Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long term plan, valuation model 3. Helping CEO with all regular reviews (business, finance, product, tech) 4. Running PMO for core central projects- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth. 5. Lead the Investor Relation function for Cardio International Business 6. Regular liaison with multiple parties including but not limited to internal cross functional teams, CXOs, investors, board members 7. Support CEO with primary and secondary research for business development activities Role Competence : Qualifications: Any Post Graduate Experience Experience: 3+ Years - Should be comfortable with both English & Indonesian language.
