Manager - Consolidation
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversees consolidated financial closings, special transactions, local currency, and functional currency accounting processes.
- Prepares financial reporting, including internal and external statements.
- Consolidate financial data including from the Company, and subsidiaries entities.
- Research accounting literature, GAAP & other compliance requirements to address current issues involving accounting and financial reporting.
- Perform analysis, make recommendations, and prepare responses on consolidation matters.
- Liaison with auditors and provide full support for audit/review of consolidated financial statements.
Requirements:- Must be a Chartered accountant with 6-8 years of Experience.
- Extensive knowledge of multi-geography accounting policies and procedures pursuant to
- IFRS/GAAP as well as a strong understanding of the content of financial statements prepared within the IFRS framework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in financial statement consolidation, financial analysis, financial statement preparation and reporting skills
- SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience is highly desirable.
