MANAGER BRAND SOLUTIONS Roles and Responsibilities : - Conceptualizing digital led strategies and solutions to address client/brand requirements - Working extensively on Content Format Video, Text and Images - Interpret brief from Media Marketing and client to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available (duration of activity, budgets available, other supports available etc.) - Research (primary as well as secondary) to understand buyer behavior and varying industry perspectives / success models - Working closely with the Editorial/marketing /content teams and sales teams on brand briefs development, Intellectual Properties on the platforms, Branded Content & Integrations, and Multimedia 360 degree solutions - Keeping abreast with the current digital trends in national and international markets and capable of replicating / developing the same for the company's clients and platforms - Establishing good industry connections with talent, artists, production houses, influencers - Maintaining relationships with vendors and liaising with them for end-to-end execution of ideas - Having a deep understanding of how to create business driven creative solutions Ideal Candidate : - You have a strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements and their business sales. - You have demonstrated experience in developing brand and marketing strategies as well as providing recommendations. - You stay up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices. - You are a rapid learner with ability to work both independently in a fast-paced environment. - You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish connections and working relationships across teams. - You have a creative and strategic mindset to produce innovative and original campaign ideas. - You are driven by data and have an affinity for numbers. - You are a Digital first Creative thinker - You understand Social Media Platforms & Content structures across different platforms
