Job Title : Head/Lead Strategy

The role will report into CEO and will be a leadership role in the capacity of Head Strategy and Operations for the Fintech business

Location : Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Responsibility:

- Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables

- Collaborate with the internal teams , on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for the client

- Review, analyze and evaluate the current structure & is able to identify gaps & how to bridge them

- Defining project scope, estimate and writing proposals

- Identify and develop target list of clients and partners

- Understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities of target and industry

The Successful Applicant:

- Post Grad degree from premier B schools is a must with 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic consulting

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy

- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
