Leading a team of 50-100 people for managing the responsibility of City P&L for driving the Growth Strategy of Used Car Business.

Detailed Job Specifications:
- Strategy and execution responsibility across Demand Creation and Supply Replenishment functions to drive a cohesive growth strategy for the business.
- Built a chain of Trustmark stores across the city to develop an Offline Consumer brand pull
- Lead the supply function; manage supply for vehicles
- Spearheading Supply growth, Responsible for end to end business development
- Monitoring, analyzing and forecasting supply targets, margins and tracking progress against them for all.
- Identifying new avenues to ensure the right inventory growth and higher market share for the city and adjoining cities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to process before any supply is on-boarded
- Working with product teams to build conversational platform for self-serve onboarding & supplier support
- Carry forward the core value proposition, a guaranteed ROI model for Used Auto-dealer
