Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Product Manager for our commercial vehicle lending space, preferably with a background in banking or NBFC setups. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, stakeholder management, and business product management, ensuring smooth functioning of our portfolio across multiple banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, to facilitate smooth business operations.

2. Business Product Management: Drive the development and enhancement of our commercial vehicle lending products, leveraging insights from the market and customer feedback.

3. Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, proposals, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

4. Relationship Management: Nurture existing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster mutual growth and collaboration.

5. Operations Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations portfolio for 7-8 banks, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to internal policies.

6. Commercial Vehicle Lending Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of both used and new commercial vehicle lending processes and best practices within the banking or NBFC domain.

7. PDD (Product Due Diligence): Conduct thorough product due diligence to assess risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements.

8. Payout and Revenue Management: Collaborate with lenders to manage payout and revenue effectively, optimizing financial outcomes for all parties involved.

9. Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

10. Operational Process Improvement: Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement, implementing efficient processes, and monitoring business performance and risk indicators.

11. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to derive actionable insights, prepare reports, and share new proposals to enhance business operations and profitability.

Requirements:

- Degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to commercial vehicle sales or lending.

- Strong understanding of banking or NBFC operations and regulations.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

- Proven track record of driving business product management initiatives and delivering results.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
