We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join Our clients team which is supporting a leading bank for a 12-month (Extendable) term in either Riyadh, KSA or UAE. This role involves providing robust support for both debit and credit card products, focusing on launching innovative products, revamping existing ones, and optimizing internal processes through digitization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the full lifecycle of product launches within the financial services sector, particularly in card products.

The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives to enhance product offerings and streamline customer journeys, thereby improving the overall customer experience. This role is pivotal as the end client bank continues to innovate and expand its market presence in the region. Success in this position will be measured by the effective launch of new products, the enhancement of existing products, and the seamless integration of digital processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Leading the launch of new, disruptive card products and revamping the existing product suite.

-Digitizing and fixing internal processes, such as customer onboarding and activation, to enhance efficiency and user experience.

- Designing tailored product features that meet diverse customer segment needs.

- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT, contracting, and marketing teams, to configure systems that support product offerings.

- Executing Go-To-Market strategies effectively to ensure successful product launches.

- Reporting directly to the Head of Cards, providing regular updates on project progress and strategic outcomes.

Your Background:

- 10-15 years of experience in managing the full lifecycle of product development, particularly in launching and revamping card products.

- Proven ability to design product features and understand various customer segment needs.

- Experience in forming strategic partnerships and working closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, contracting, and marketing departments.

- Strong capabilities in executing Go-To-Market strategies for financial products.

- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Must be an independent and self-motivated individual, capable of leading projects from conception to completion.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract. The selected consultant will have to relocate to either Riyad, KSA or UAE for this role.
