CarWale - Senior Associate - Corporate Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

- Staying up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and other industry developments that may impact the company's strategy.

- Strategy with existing portfolio companies.

- Conduct research and provide necessary support in identifying potential and investment targets.

- Develop and implement investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's vision, performance, and growth opportunities.

- Prepare and present materials for earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences.

- Respond to investor inquiries and provide insights on company performance and strategy.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform investor communications.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support due diligence, valuation and integration efforts.

- Sector research, current trends, developments and players in the market. Understand and draft research reports on the potential investment areas for the management.

- Participate in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyze financial and operational performance of target companies and provide recommendations to the team.

- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

- Understand the products offered, business metrics, financial models and projections of potential investments.

- Monitor and collate the performance metrics of former investments / portfolio companies and provide support to existing deal.
