Capwise Finance - Senior Manager - Investment Banking

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation of pitch books, deal books, presentations and reports

- Preparation of information memorandums, financial models and investor marketing documents

- Compute the valuation of target companies using various methods

- Conduct primary and secondary research on the sector and the target companies

- Keep track of relevant events and news

- Maintain and build relationships with client senior management teams

- Providing support to Director/SVP in marketing the deal/opportunity to potential investors by leading the discussion in investor meetings/calls/road shows with clients

- Coordinate the due diligence process and resolve issues/concerns while liaising with third-party vendors like accounting firms/legal firms

- Actively support to Director/SVP in term-sheet negotiation and definitive documentation. Develop financial models for the target companies

- The candidate will also be involved in deal sourcing through desktop research, preparing pitches, and client Engagements.

- Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-focused with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

- Financial modelling

- Deep understanding of financial statements

- Drive and acumen to conduct in-depth research

- Proactive, enthusiastic approach with very high attention to detail

- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to use discretion and good judgment

- Excellent Client Service skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to individuals with varying levels of product expertise.

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Location: Mumbai

Preferred industry experience: Investment Bank, Advisory Firm

Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA from B-School with minimum five years of experience in Investment Bank with hands-on expertise in transaction sourcing and execution.
