Capwise Finance - Relationship Manager - Disbursement - MSME Segment

Prerequisits :

- MSME Loan Disbursement team is part of the Financial Institution Group. The team works to provide debt financing solutions to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the range of 5 Cr-50 Cr via Bank Loan, NCD, CP and other venture funding.

- Open to travelling for meetings with potential clients and lenders meeting

- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks

- Ability to interact with clients at Promoter/CFO level; manage strong relationships with clients (MSMEs)

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Deal origination, through direct marketing, channel partners and other sources

- Identifying target clients and originating mandates for Debt financing for clients.

- Assisting the MSME leadership team in conducting industry research, market mapping

- Understand the processes of transaction including initial pitch, field visits, management meeting, pricing and execution which will help in deal origination and initial negotiations

- Liasoning with clients and assisting in arranging initial discussions, understanding client requirement, provide them cost effective solutions.

- Scoping of market & offering various financing products to target customers.

- Preliminary screening of prospective customers by analysing their financials, past performance etc., based on the various parameters.

- Responsible for follow-up clients.

- Maintain and develop databases and tools to follow market activity

- Minimum years of experience 2 to 4 years experience in managing clients in MSME/corporates

- Understanding of corporate finance products, preliminary screening of prospective customers by analysing their financials, past performance etc,.

- Previous experience in Debt Capital Markets, Securitization or bonds etc.

- Good quantitative & Financial skills.

- Preferred industry experience NBFCs/Banks/Rating Agency
