Pre-requisits :

- Debt Capitals Market (DCM) team is part of the Financial Institution Group. The team works to provide debt financing solutions to Banks/NBFCs/Fintech including plain vanilla debt, Mezzanine/sub-debt, securitization of receivables, arranging NCDs, MLDs and ECBs, etc.

- Excellent relationships with Corporates and Financial Institutions

- Open to travelling for meetings with potential clients and lenders meeting.

- Team management and relationship management skills

- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks

- Ability to interact with clients at Promoter/CFO level; manage strong relationships with clients (Banks/FIs/NBFCs

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Deal origination, through direct marketing, channel partners and other sources

- Identifying target clients and originating mandates for Debt from clients majorly Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs.

- Assisting the IB leadership team in conducting industry research, market mapping

- Understand the processes of transaction including initial pitch, field visits, management meeting, types of structuring, pricing and execution which will help in deal origination and initial negotiations

- Liasoning with clients and assisting in arranging initial collaterals like pitch presentations, information memorandum etc

- Scoping of market & offering various financing products to target customers.

- Preliminary screening of prospective customers by analysing their financials, past performance etc., based on the various parameters.

- Responsible for follow-up clients.

- Maintain and develop databases and tools to follow market activity

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language :

Relevant Work Experience :

Minimum years of experience :

- 8+ years experience in managing clients in BFSI/corporates

- Understanding of corporate finance products, preliminary screening of prospective customers by analysing their financials, past performance etc,.

- Previous experience in Debt Capital Markets, Securitization or bonds

etc.

- Good quantitative & Financial skills

Preferred industry experience : NBFCs/FIs/Banks
