Duties & Responsibilities:

- Capwise seeks a Manager/ Sr. Manager/ AVP to manage and direct all aspects of transaction advisory for Impact Investing.

- The Manager/ Sr. Manager/ AVP will actively work with the Senior Management, to work with Impact Enterprises (IEs) to effectively raise capital while building and engaging a network of Impact Investors that are actively looking to invest in IEs.

- It Includes strategic and structured guidance while working with IEs to understand their financial and operational positions, making the appropriate recommendations to Capwise for listing the related deal(s), providing technical assistance to help IEs become investor-ready, financial structuring and assisting in determining and negotiating financial aspects of the transaction process and with the ultimate goal on deal closure.

- The role will also require originating IEs for Fund-Raising opportunities and assessing the impact of IEs. It Includes active involvement in growing the Capwise investor base, overseeing efforts to present opportunities to the investor/Lender base to facilitate investments into the IEs, and developing and marketing product offerings to investors/Lenders and companies, including pre and post-deal advisory services.

- This role will also require providing guidance to investors looking to make impact investments. Be an active member and contribute to the overall development by collaborating with other strategic initiatives and supporting organization-wide operational efforts.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language : Relevant Work Experience: Minimum years of experience 3 years +

Qualification: Successful candidates must hold a graduate degree in business or development economics with a strong emphasis and experience in finance, a professional qualification in CA/CIMA, CFA or CAIA will be a plus.

Functional Knowledge Required: All candidates to the position must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with a diverse group of stakeholders, from individual and institutional investors to entrepreneurs working in the field in developing markets

Skills Required:

- Candidates must combine knowledge of financial markets and transaction advisory, with experience in development and close affinity to the developing markets in which ideally through hands-on experience in working in debt markets.

- Candidates should have an in-depth understanding on financial marketing, valuations, financial modelling, and debt closure deal closure.

- Candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years work experience spanning the finance and development sectors.

- Deep knowledge of and exposure to the development, socially responsible investment or impact investment sector is desired, and experience in 9-related sector specialization is a plus (renewable energy, technology, health, affordable housing, inclusive finance, et cetera)
