Position Overview: - Enterprise sales head owns the growth of enterprise business, drives new customer acquisition, sales growth & market share penetration within the client ecosystem and is the gatekeeper for client SLAs, at Captain fresh. Roles and Responsibilities: - Building the vision/roadmap for Enterprise business for processed food division - Own the client acquisition, same store growth & Key account management across different client segment in the portfolio, - Ensure weekly and monthly book closures on payments from all clients and maintain the working capital set for the channel - Be the gatekeeper for client SLAs and the overall channel margin - Plan, review and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives on the sales plan & growth levers to the senior management - Envisage new client segment as per recent business trends - Strategic planning to acquire new client, improve sales, client SLAs, enter new geographies and market share within the client ecosystem - Negotiating contracts with the client, establishing a clear escalation matrix in both the sides and a timeline of performance - Work closely with branding & marketing teams to drive campaigns and promotions in client platforms - Collaborating with the internal & external teams to maximize product penetration, increase assortment, bring new product categories Key Requirement: - Masters degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred. - A well known Business leader in the industry with 8-12yrs of relevant experience - Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead. - Self-motivated and self-directed. - Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. - In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry. - Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories. - Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
