Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Development:
- Lead the creation, execution, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
Brand Building:
- Drive brand awareness and positioning efforts, ensuring that the brand resonates with the target audience.
- Develop and implement brand campaigns that effectively communicate the value of company's products.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Ensure a consistent and effective digital presence that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
Performance Marketing:
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
- Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Foster a collaborative and creative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Monitor spending to ensure alignment with budgetary goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Design teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing (at least 4-5 years in Real estate marketing), with a strong background in digital marketing, content development, and brand building.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
