Role Summary/Purpose :
The role has HR functional responsibility and strategic management for building the commercial organization across different locations.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Partnering with the Business Heads in providing HR leadership, strategic HR direction to define roles and design the organizational structure for business teams
- Partnering with Business Team to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum employee engagement while actively managing headcount targets and HR budget management.
- Providing direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions and HR processes within company including performance management, reward and recognition, succession planning, talent management, salaried and non-salaried employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement, recruiting and selection.
- Implement HR strategies and drive operational excellence in HR processes across the business.
- Ensuring a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback.
- Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data.
- Ensure client managers establish a commitment to compliance and quality and communicate the importance of meeting statutory, regulatory and customer requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Master's degree in HR or related discipline.
- 3-4 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR program management experience (including budgeting, employee relations, staffing, and performance management), with 1 year of dedicated experience in Recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change through strong influencing and change management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy as well as carry the strategy through to execution.
