Job Summary :
As an HR Manager Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the human resources functions within our organization. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities related to HR management, employee relations, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, select candidates, and oversee the onboarding process.
- Generate and handle a flawless employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee inquiries, conflicts, concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and assist in goal setting.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
Compliance and Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, including personnel files.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Support employee growth and development initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Create and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Keep policies up to date with changing regulations and industry standards.
Employee Engagement:
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Organize team-building events and recognition programs.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience of around 5-7 years in HR management and generalist roles.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
