Capital Stack - Associate Vice President - Investment Banking

This is a full-time Associate Vice President (AVP) role at Capital Stack in Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai. The AVP will be overseeing all aspects of investment banking transactions, including sourcing, structuring, and executing capital markets solutions for clients. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and groups across the organization to deliver customer-centric solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications:

1. Expertise in deal sourcing, structuring and executing capital markets transactions, including debt financing, equity financing, and merger and acquisitions

2. Strong financial modeling, analytical and quantitative skills with experience in advanced analytics

3. Proven experience in successfully delivering customized solutions to clients and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

5. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team

6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

7. 3+ years of relevant investment banking experience in a similar role

8. Professional certification such as CFA or CPA, FRM is highly desirable
