Capital Information Management Professional - BFSI/BPO/KPO

- Define, document and provide governance over the standard product catalogue for which the Information Management and RWA assurance team is accountable

- Provide day-to-day delivery management to the Information Management and assurance teams.

- Deliver on commitments both on external and internal Information Management and assurance requirements

- Proactively lead and build relationship with Process Managers, MTCR, ALM, Finance, GRR & Data Governance Teams and other key stakeholders.

- Build domain expertise within team for Capital, Liquidity and other Information Management aspects including Credit RWA and its KPIs

- Oversee the management of key risks and issues and drive resolution

- Comply, Monitor, Validate and Report all Key Performance Indicators within the overall service delivery framework and regulatory reporting needs (viz. COREP).

- Provide management to iIdentification, measurement, monitoring and control of data quality as part of DQ assurance. This includes all metrics (CDEs/CRMs based) and thresholds set as part of Governance Framework BCBS239 governance and compliance framework of the bank

- Provide management to RWA assurance and accuracy process including RWA adjustments and obtaining sign-off of RWA results in collaboration with Risk and Finance teams

- Provide guidance / support to Projects to drive strategic solution in-line with the business needs

- Manage multiple projects / Drive Project planning, Resource planning & hiring
