Capital First - Regional Head - Operations

- Primary Role will be to Manage CPA’s (third Part Vendor at local level )

- Should have experience in managing CPA structure, Negotiation Skills on Pricing and Quality

- Lending Software expertise (FINNONE is an add on)

- Expert in Lending processes for Disbursement, Credit Operations, Reconciliation, Payment Management etc

- Vendor Management skills a must.

- Team Management

- Process & System improvement skills

- Sigma Qualification is a added plus
