Capital Code - Sr Assoc - Inv Banking - CA

We are a leading Investment Banking firm based out of Powai, Mumbai.

We are looking for a CA for the execution role in investment banking division in our firm. The brief job description would be as under -

- Meeting with the client and understanding their business.

- Financial Analysis and Preparation of Financial Model

- Preparation of Teaser and IM.

- Pitch with the bankers/FIs and NBFCs'

- Meeting with the bankers and presenting the proposal

- Resolving Queries.

- Closure of the deal.

Job requires a CA with good communication and number crunching skill and investment banking experience. Only people with relevant experience of 1-3 years need apply.
