Capital Code - Equity & Debt Advisory

We are one of the leading Investment Banking firms based out of Powai in Mumbai. We are looking for a CA/MBA for the position of a Vice President/ Assistant Vice President (Equity & Debt Advisory).

A brief job description would be as under

- Sourcing clients and understanding their business.

- Financial Analysis and Preparation of Financial Models

- Preparation of Teaser and IM.

- Pitching the transactions to Bankers / Financial Institutions / Equity Funds

- Carrying out deal negotiations

- Transaction closure

The job requires a CA/MBA with prior experience in corporate finance & strong network with Banks, Equity Funds, Financial Institutions / NBFCs
