Manager (Global Resourcing) (UK )


- To manage the recruitment vertical across business lines or functions for the teams in UK, establish the recruitment strategy. Benchmark with the best practices in the market, manage critical stakeholders, drive special projects in recruitment and manage and develop the team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Executives.

Experience:  At least 8 years in HR with 3 years in recruitment


- Experience in recruitment for IT, Finance and Corporate Function roles is required

Primary Responsibilities : 

- Coordinate with the senior management team, business lines, functions and clients (in the UK) to establish recruitment strategies and plans.

- Manage internal relationships, advising the senior management teams across business lines and functions on recruitment responsibilities, escalations, policies and process updates;

- Finalize skills assessments along with external agencies, drive employee referral schemes, hiring quality audits, budget and process compliance and other special projects;

- Drive market analytics for recruitment (market study of critical sets, NASSCOM surveys, demand-supply gaps) and organization wide analyses (trends, attrition root-cause, hire quality, agency performance) that aid in business ramp up, migration and bid plans; and

- Coach, guide and support team to achieve individual, team and department objectives.

- Has responsibility for more than one aspect of business unit performance, e.g. profit, sales, cost management, customer service levels etc. May be a cost centre manager.

- Will have client relationship management responsibilities and managerial responsibility for a team.

- Responsible for driving - direct hiring- initiatives to optimum levels whilst being sensitive to the occasions where 3rd party recruitment agency support is required

- Ensure resource forecasting and capacity planning is sufficient to meet the fluctuating demands of the CIR recruitment model
