Profile - Roles and Responsibilities :

HR Policies & Processes :

- Plan, direct, implement and monitor HR processes related to employee life cycle (from on-boarding to exit) which helps create a better workplace.

- Ensure that overall HR practices across processes conform to the stated control framework of the organisation

- Ensure there are systems and policies in place to induce best practices that help meet the performance and growth objectives of the organization.

- Conduct regular policy reviews and benchmarks through internal & external surveys and feedback mechanisms to ensure relevance of Capita India policies.

- Create branding strategies around policies & processes along with internal communications team to promote organization as an employer of choice

HR Transition Management :

- Support & provide directional inputs to business while managing large scale transition projects like ramp ups/downs, mergers & acquisitions and talent redeployment's

- Establish a career framework which caters to all functional and operational areas so that managing transitions becomes seamless

- Quantify cost implications (time & efforts) of transitions which enables leadership to take talent specific decisions

- Lead the project management of all large scale people related projects - restructuring and redundancy.

- Manage the provision and financial performance of project resource through detailed resource planning and financial reporting.

- Own the pipeline approach and ways of working with the bid team, HRBP teams and projects in order to ensure the process meets legislative requirements whilst providing a commercial and risk managed business solution.

HR Audit :

- Develop and ensure implementation of an HR Audit strategy to ensure compliance to internal specifications

- Ensure compliance to Capita India defined policies as well as compliance to external certifications from an HR standpoint

- Establish/enhance human resources policies and procedures to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organisation.

- Direct the management of human resource information systems database and necessary reports for critical analysis of the health of human resources function

HR Special Projects :

- Drive HR special projects bringing in process improvements and efficiency in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and HR technology

- Identify areas of continuous improvements and propose effective solutions to Leadership team

Indicative KRA's/Budgetary and Revenue Responsibilities :

- Structured Policy review and implementation of best practices

- HR compliance and risk management

- Effective project management during transition projects

- Development and implementation of robust HR processes

- Internal/ External stakeholder satisfaction

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude) :

Education : Minimum : PG/MBA in HR or any Global Equivalent Degree

Additional : Certifications in Human Resources

Experience : 5 - 8 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources with exposure and experience in managing special projects. Management of large scale transition projects will be key requirement.
