As a Strategic Consultant your responsibilities are -
- Analyze and determine the critical requirements of Key clients and carry them out to ensure world class service experience.
- Design and implement CRM strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotional results.
- Meet program objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand client requirements and plan and execute them to client satisfaction.
- End to end interfacing from CEO to Operations/Marketing/IT teams of the client
To be a Strategic Consultant, we are looking at -
- Passionate & motivated candidates from IIM graduates with relevant work experience of 3-8 years
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in client servicing roles in running loyalty/customer engagement programs for clients in retail/banking/airline/F&B space.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Comfort in interacting with Senior Management of the client.
