CapGrow Capital Advisors LLP - Equity Research Analyst - Buy Side - Asset/Portfolio Management Team

We are seeking a young dynamic MBA/CA to join our experienced Asset / Portfolio Management team. Primary responsibilities include:

- Perform operational and financial risk analysis of Companies and recommend equity ideas

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative fundamental research on Indian listed companies

- Build and maintain databases tracking industry and company performance trends, corporate actions, market data to systematically analyze trends and capture opportunities

- Build and maintain detailed operating and valuation models including DCF.

Qualifications

- To work independently and synergistically in a partnership atmosphere

- Entrepreneurial self-starter who will thrive in a non-hierarchical, unstructured environment; demonstrates strong drive; possesses flexibility to take on stretch assignments

- Demonstrated aptitude for substantial financial analysis is essential

- Excellent and effective written and oral communication skills

- Passion for Investing is a must with strong ethics and integrity,

- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
