Job Description:

Key role and responsibilities:

- Recognized as a high impact member of the finance team across the company and in particular with functional leaders across the organization.

- Develop operating and financial metric dashboards, analyzing results and trends and reporting results to leadership and key stakeholders.

- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results, investigate discrepancies, and provide explanations to management.

- Drive organizational process improvements, including implementing best practices in reporting and close with emphasis on automation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales and operations, to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive efficiencies for monthly close.

- Worked on financial reporting for domestic and foreign entities.

- Work on financial MIS and balance sheet backups and schedules.

- Preparation of financial statement

Requirements:

- Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Candidate must have 1- 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.

- Prior work experience in Big4 is a Plus

- Knowledge of accounting standards and reporting framework

- Should have excellent accounting skills.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines

- A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly

- A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
