Job Description:

About This Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Leader (Supply Chain) to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly. In this role, you'll collaborate with other departments to create effective business plans.

Key role and responsibilities:

- Directs and coordinates supply chain function through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.

- Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the regular procurement of necessary materials and supplies working with multi-location purchase teams.

- Monitors customer's inventory and manages dispatches to customers optimizing inventory in the entire supply Chian.

- Monitors and corrects inventory levels at CapGrid's warehouses spread across the country to ensure rotation and minimize working capital.

- Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate.

- Tech-savvy person who quickly learns advance tech and promotes adoption across the team.

- Monitors and reports key department KPIs at location as well as overall level.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or in a similar field

- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is highly desired.

- START-UP experience is a MUST.

- 8+ years of relevant experience.

- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multi-location distributed teams in an efficient way.
