Job Description:

Key role and responsibilities:

- Compliance of companies Act

- ROC fillings - fund raise

- Board meeting handling

- Legal compliances and agreement validations

- Secretarial compliance

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience

- Company Secretary (CS)/LLB or any other similar Degree is a must.

- Strong data driven, problem-solving skills and eye for details.

- Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiatives, think out of the box and excellent execution skills.

- High on ownership and go getter attitude.

- Zeal for management reporting and cross-functional discussions.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
