Function: We are looking for recruiter willing to work with world class team!
Scope: Would be a part of Global sourcing team and deliver qualified candidates for requirements primarily from US.
Would be responsible for:
- Working at par with the recruitment team in US and deliver quality profiles for requirements assigned.
- Develop good rapport with onshore recruitment team; understand the pain areas and work accordingly to neutralize them.
- Plan and prioritize requirements working on and communicate the same in a structured manner on a regular basis as required by the team
- Good knowledge on job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder; tax terms in US (W2, 1099, C2C etc.)
- Would be responsible for candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offer extension thru on-boarding.
Desired Skills:
- Experienced in full-cycle recruitment, focused exclusively and specifically in talent sourcing research.
- Should have experience in Technical Recruiting with total experience of 3 – 4 years.
- Must have strong networking skills.
- Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn, Xing etc.
- Ability to provide constant pipeline for various roles, and easily change priorities quickly and effectively.
- Should have inclination towards working as a sourcing strategist.
