Capgemini - Supply Planning Analytics Role - IIT/IT-BHU/REC/DCE/BITS

The candidate will be responsible for the following :

- Manage delivery of Supply Chain Engagement within Demand and Supply Planning Space.

- Demand Planning - Hands on experience on managing Baseline Generation, Demand Driver Addition, Consensus forecast build, Reports and Master Data. Good understanding of statistical Model selection process, Sales history cleaning process. Hands on experience in SAP APO, delivering/managing DP process is a big plus.

- Supply Planning - Good understanding of production planning, RCCP, S&OP collaboration, Management Reporting. Hands on experience in SAP APO and SNP, delivering/managing SP and External Manufacturing Process is a big plus.

- 100% compliance to agreed SLAs, deliverables with the client.

- Manage a team of skilled consultants, team lead and sr. process associate

- Responsible for the financial performance and growth of the account

- Continuous Improvement and Innovation Management to bring value to the company and client Desired Skills and qualifications:

- Good experience in managing Supply chain delivery projects and engagements

- People management skills - He is supposed to manage resources from diversified educational and experience background

- Excellent command on Demand and Supply Planning concepts

- Should have worked on analytics tools/solution - Knowledge in advanced analytics tools such as R is a big plus

Education Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (IIT, IT-BHU, REC, DCE, BITS & Tier 1) Engineering Colleges preferred) - MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred) - Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)
