Position: Process Associate /Sr. Process Associate/Team Lead
1. Process Associate
Responsibilities:
- Perform Industry code (UNSPSC, NAICS,SIC) Taxonomy & Classification expense/spend data
- Analyze & cleanse data, Facilitate data management in database.
- Perform data extraction, data cleansing, consolidation, enrichment & formatting for seniors.
- UNSPSC, Clustering, Normalization & Rationalization
- Knowledge of ERP’s, Spend Analysis
- Work on Excel, Access & Their functions
- Prepare charts and graphs in excel & power point
- Follow instructions as directed by superiors.
- Achieve the given targets on time.
Analyst will do the following:
- Perform data analysis as directed by team lead/ team manager.
- Ability to crunch, manipulate and work with large quantities of data
- Maintain the credibility of all data analysis and processes maintained by the team.
- Common responsibilities include operations analysis, scanning business processes, identifying performance trends, bottlenecks, data analysis, data mining, and preparation of reports in excel and PowerPoint.
- Draw takeaways and actionable insights as appropriate from the analysis.
- Research and enrich existing product offerings
- Work with Engagement teams to mine their account and work out the new analysis that could be provided.

Experience
1-2 Experience in Spend Analysis & Management (Mandatory)
Primary Skills
- Excel & PowerPoint (Mandatory), MS Access (Preferable)
- Team Player, Analytical Skills

- Fluent English communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)
Sr. Process Associate
Responsibilities:
- Process Automation with the use of ETL, Macros & VBA in Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
- Quality Check raw and final data outputs to ensure 100% accurate data
- Analyse processes to Identify the problem areas and to provide solutions using Six Sigma methodologies
- Identify best in class process analysis & improvement for spend management
- Build various tools and technique (macro, ETL scripts, VBA)for smooth process delivery and data management
- Ensure adoption of all process steps in all implementation both (Pilots & Engagement)
- Maintain all process document for sign-off and analysis improvement
- Extraction of Data from an internal & external database
- Build dashboards using tools like Cognos, Qlickview, Tableau, BO etc.
- Increase overall productivity of the processes and identifying key areas for automation.
- Ensure smooth running of the processes.
- Work with Engagement teams to mine their account and work out the new analysis that could be provided
Qualification
Any graduates (Arts, Science, Engineers)
Experience
2-3 Experience in process analysis and improvement (Automation)
Primary Skills
- VB Coding, HTML Coding
- Excel & Macro Buidling (Mandatory)
- MS Access (Preferable)
- Worked on atleast one visualization software – Tableau, Qlickview, BO, Cognos
Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Analytical reports generations with actionable insights for all implementation from engagement ROI stand point
- Identify activities for automation and process development
- Ensure all documentation, tools & templates available for implementation
- Build & maintain process document for smooth delivery/implementation
- Play pivotal role in quality process & audit delivery documents
- Uniformly format and classify it by applying industry and company-specific standards.
- Consolidation of spend data into one reporting system for easy access, analysis, and decision making.
- Identifying and eliminating maverick spending, fraud, and other noncompliance factors.
- Supplier normalization and rationalization.
- Find and suggest savings opportunities based on Spend reports.
- Achieve the given SLA on time
- Work with client, obtain spend related data, generate reports, provide insights
- Extract spend data from ERP, purchasing, P-card, and legacy systems.
- Direct client interaction.
Analytics:
- Able to perform analysis of large spend/expense data sets and identify actionable insights for the client
- Maintain the credibility of all data analysis and processes maintained
Solutioning: Work with internal teams to work out new analysis/ analytics services that could be provided to clients.
- Understand data availability and come up with suggestions in terms of addition analysis that could be provided.
- Conceptualize or help visualize solution for the focus area
Individual Contributor: Typically an individual contributor. Will either support the project manager in performing various analysis or perform various analysis for our clients.
Project Management on Pilot: There might be requirement to run pilots or projects on various areas which is expected to be owned end to end.
- Defining approach, interacting with the client, laying out data requirement, obtaining data, managing resources to do the relevant analysis, build a model, and deliver actionable reports.
Presenting Analysis: Ensuring data gets presented in a structured and easy to understand manner with actionable insights. Presenting the same in a crisp manner to the target audience.
Capability: Contribute towards enriching existing offerings

Experience
Graduate with 4-6 years of experience with Sourcing and procurement experience specific experience in spend analysis & management (Mandatory) where there has been client interaction and suggested solutions to client (Cost Saving opportunities etc)
